The kitchen is the heart and soul of the house. It’s where meals and memories are made, where families and friends gather, where traditions are born, and where stories are told and retold.

Discover the pleasure to make homemade Pasta with your loved ones, learn tricks, tips, and techniques to make pasta from scratch and enjoy a traditional Italian meal at the end. We engage kids and adults in this interactive hands-on experience using only the best ingredients imported from Italy or locally sourced.

We bring all the necessary to your place and we take care of the final clean-up.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Pick the pasta shape you want to make, a pairing sauce from the menu, and if you like, let yourself be tempted by homemade Sicilian cannoli. A complementary appetizer (bruschetta) is offered.
  2. I come to your house will ALL the necessary to make you an authentic Italian meal in your kitchen (yes, I’ll use my own pots & pans).
  3. Have fun while-u-learn! Each person in your party will have a kneading station and will make the own pasta.
  4. I’ll cook pasta for you and I’ll leave your kitchen nice and clean!

COSTS

The price includes the ingredients, tools, one appetizer, and the final clean-up. Please note that Holidays rates might vary and travel fees may be applied.

  • $90 for each person (adults and kids from 11 years old )
  • $55 (4-10 years old) – Kids under 4 are FREE with a paying adult

Min and max applied

6 attendants if you are located within 15 miles from central Plainfield, IL

8 attendants if you are located more than 15 miles from central Plainfield, IL

If the minimum required is not reached, the corresponding amount will be charged.

I can accommodate groups of max 20 people.

MENU

ANTIPASTO (complimentary appetizer)

  • Bruschetta: toasted Italian bread rubbed with garlic and topped with a heavenly diced tomato medley including red onions, Italian EVOO, oregano, and thyme.

LE PASTE (pasta shapes)

  • Tagliatelle (fettuccine) – suggested for large group
  • Farfalle (Bow-tie)
  • Garganelli (square noodle rolled into a cylindrical shape)
  • Tortellini bugiardi (tortellini without filling)

I SUGHI (sauces)

  • Pomodoro della nonna – classic tomato sauce, garlic, basil, EVOO, salt, pepper
  • Dolce ricottatomato sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic, basil, EVOO, salt, pepper
  • Sicilian pesto Roma tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Ricotta cheese, basil, pine nuts, EVOO, salt, pepper
  • Ragu’ rosso di salsiccia onion, EVOO, mild Italian sausage, tomato sauce, salt, pepper
  • Ragu’ bianco di salsiccia – garlic, carrot, onion, EVOO, celery, chicken stock, mild Italian sausage (***the most popular sauce on the menu)
  • Sugo alla puttanesca tomato sauce, garlic, EVOO, chili pepper, anchovies (optional), parsley, kalamata olives, capers *spicy*
  • Amatricianatomato sauce, bacon, EVOO, Calabrian chili pepper

DESSERT (add-on)

  • Large Chocolate Sicilian Cannoli filled with homemade Ricotta cheese, orange zest, and chocolate chips- min 10 count – $4.50 each
