The kitchen isn’t just a room—it’s where memories are made, laughter is shared, and traditions come alive. Make fresh pasta with your friends and family, learn authentic techniques, and enjoy a real Italian meal at the end. We use only the best ingredients, imported from Italy or sourced locally.

We bring everything you need and take care of the cleanup—so you can focus on cooking, tasting, and having a blast.

How It Works

Choose the pasta shape you want to make, pick a sauce from the menu, and if you’d like, treat yourself to homemade Sicilian cannoli. A complimentary appetizer of fresh bruschetta is included.

I come to your home with everything needed to create an authentic Italian meal in your kitchen—yes, I bring my own pots and pans.

It’s hands-on and fun! Each guest gets their own kneading station and makes their own pasta from scratch.

Once the pasta is ready, I’ll cook it for you and leave your kitchen spotless.

Costs

The price includes all ingredients, tools, one appetizer (bruschetta), and final clean-up. Please note that holiday rates may vary, and travel fees may apply.

$90 per person (adults and kids 11 years and older)
$55 per child (ages 5–10)
Kids under 5 are free with a paying adult

Minimum and maximum guest requirements:

  • 6 guests if located within 15 miles of Central Plainfield, IL
  • 8 guests if located more than 15 miles from Central Plainfield, IL

If the minimum number of guests is not met, the corresponding minimum fee will apply.

The maximum group size is 20 guests.


MENU

ANTIPASTO (complimentary appetizer)

  • Bruschetta: toasted Italian bread rubbed with garlic and topped with a heavenly diced tomato medley including red onions, Italian EVOO, oregano, and thyme.

LE PASTE (pasta shapes)

  • Tagliatelle (fettuccine) – suggested for large group
  • Farfalle (Bow-tie)
  • Garganelli (square noodle rolled into a cylindrical shape)
  • Tortellini bugiardi (tortellini without filling)

I SUGHI (sauces)

  • Pomodoro della nonna – classic tomato sauce, garlic, basil, EVOO, salt, pepper
  • Dolce ricottatomato sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic, basil, EVOO, salt, pepper
  • Sicilian pesto Roma tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Ricotta cheese, basil, pine nuts, EVOO, salt, pepper
  • Ragu’ rosso di salsiccia onion, EVOO, mild Italian sausage, tomato sauce, salt, pepper
  • Ragu’ bianco di salsiccia – garlic, carrot, onion, EVOO, celery, chicken stock, mild Italian sausage (***the most popular sauce on the menu)
  • Sugo alla puttanesca tomato sauce, garlic, EVOO, chili pepper, anchovies (optional), parsley, kalamata olives, capers *spicy*
  • Amatricianatomato sauce, bacon, EVOO, Calabrian chili pepper

DESSERT (add-on)

  • Large Chocolate Sicilian Cannoli filled with homemade Ricotta cheese, orange zest, and chocolate chips- min 10 count – $4.50 each
