Pasta Making Classes w/o cooking

Don’t just eat PASTA! Learn how to make it by yourself with REAL ingredients in your OWN kitchen with our classes.

Tie on the apron, roll up your sleeves, and learn from our master pasta artists how to make a variety of traditional Italian Pasta.

In-person classes: We provide all the tools and ingredients and we take care of the final clean-up.

Zoom: at this time we don’t ship materials but we provide one week before the event a list with all the ingredients and tools (we use what you already have at home, you don’t need to buy anything special).

CLASSIC EGG PASTA

Participants will learn how to make the classic egg pasta dough using the pasta machine or the rolling pin and how to shape it in different ways (tagliatelle, maltagliati- literally badly cut, farfalle bow-tie, quadrucci- little squares, tortellini bugiardi).

Printed storage and cooking instructions are provided.

Kids (4-10 years old) –  under 4 are FREE with a paying adult

From 11 yo

  • In-person: $60.00 each
  • Zoom: $40.00 each

TORTELLINI

Participants will learn how to make the traditional shape of Emilia Romagna, an Italian region of Northern Italy: tortellini. Traditionally they are stuffed with a mix of meat (pork, beef, prosciutto crudo (raw ham) and mortadella (Bologna), Parmigiano Reggiano, cheese, egg, and nutmeg and served in meat broth or with handmade cream.

  • In-person: $70.00 each (ingredients, tools, and final clean-up included)
  • Zoom: $55.00

RAVIOLI

Participants will learn how to make handmade ravioli with the classic spinach & ricotta cheese filling. Seasonal variants can be added. Other filling options available on request.
