During these hands-on Pasta Making classes your Scouts will learn to measure, mix, prep, and knead. I travel to your location with all the ingredients and supplies to knead and make homemade fresh pasta. I will also cover food safety and supply your troops with a printed recipe for them to remake pasta at home. The class will last about 2 hours and the troop will be able to bring at home what they just made!
